
Eleni's yoghurt cheese is made from pure Tasmanian cow's milk and acidofolus culture. The rich and creamy yoghurt is then marinated in virgin olive oil with garlic and rosemary. The three flavours are:

Origano and Black Pepper
Lemon, Cracked Pepper, Kafir Lime leaves and garlic
