Steve Ingram and his team at Paradise Beach have won 2 gold and 2 silver medals at this years Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show. The Pesto Swirl won Champion Dip and they are the overall Most Successful Dip and Dairy Dessert Exhibitor. Wow!
Well done everybody at Paradise Beach!
The gold went to Pesto Swirl and Tzatziki with the silver for Smoked Trout with Chives and Baba Ganoush.
